Welcome a bit about me…

I have been a IT Consultant for the last 15 years, 13 of that 15 has been working @CSA. I started as Service Desk Operator (glorified answering machine) but quickly moved on to being a Field Service Engineer, this involved visiting customer sites and performing any onsite required work. From there I moved into a Consultant role and started working on project based work and was pushed into HPE (at the time HP) storage training, VMware and data protection (at the time HP Data Protector, BackupExec and then into Commvault).

I like the consultant work, every day is different, every office is different, every customer has different challenges to solve. It’s challenging and rewarding.
